Information display apparatus comprises in a casing a processor and memory, at least one display with long turn with a connected power supply unit, satellite system receiver navigation antenna, a keypad, electrical connectors, also comprises a processing module which includes a processor and memory contains a backplane, to which through electrical connectors connected to processor module, power supply, satellite receiver system navigation antenna, a keyboard, a video controller module and input-output module and connected to electrical connectors through filter unit, and contains, at least one display with a short turn with a connected power supply unit; within a short time, display on and display with a long on-time temperature sensors are installed, outputs of which are connected to cross-board, on front surface of display frame are made push-button, outputs of which are connected to input-output module.

EFFECT: technical result is ensuring that minimum on-time workstation automation, including unheated rooms and compartments in Far North and Arctic zone at ambient temperatures from minus 65 °C to minus 40 °C.
