FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to experimental airhydraulics, and can be used during development of test benches for aerosols flows analysis and measurement instruments and other equipment for multiphase media testing. Method of gas-liquid aerosol with variable dispersion of liquid phase flow producing comprises separate feed of gas and liquid phase into mixing chamber of gas-liquid aerosol generator. Gas is introduced along axis of mixing phases chamber, with one or several flows through replaceable nozzle, and, by varying nozzles of different cross-section, number of nozzles of every standard size, their location, required distribution of gas flows is obtained. Liquid injection is performed through replaceable nozzles with pressure exceeding pressure in mixing phases chamber with rear side in axial direction and by sides in multiple radial directions. Changing sizes of liquid-propellant nozzles, their number and location, required dimensions, concentration and distribution of drops is provided. At output from phase mixing chamber gas-liquid aerosol flow passing through flow stabilization chamber and research section of system, is controlled for compliance with preset conditions using visual and/or instrumentation.

EFFECT: invention enables to obtain stable flow of gas-liquid aerosol with variable dispersion of liquid phase, in particular, variable size, concentration and distribution of drops which satisfy given range, implemented in conditions of hydrodynamic laboratory, as well as creating installation, in particular, aerosol generator, which enables to monitor and analyse said stream using visual, optical and other methods, as well as using it for equipment and instruments testing.
