FIELD: pipeline engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device has tank filled with a reagent, nozzle connected with the space of a gas pipeline, valving, safety valves, monitoring instruments, filters for preliminary, coarse, and fine, and finishing filtering, control block, and auxiliary and batching pumps. In the vertical segment of the pipeline for supplying the reagent, at the inlet to the batching pump, there is an apparatus for preliminary saturation with gas made of a cylindrical column which receives a closed chamber made of microporous material, which is made of a hollow elongated truncated cone whose contracting part points toward the direction of the flow and which is connected with the gas pipeline provided with the gas flow regulator which controls the gas supply to the chamber from the gas pipeline. The area of the ring cross-section of the passage between the walls of the chamber and the column increases downstream to provide laminar flow of the gas-reagent mixture. Upstream of the inlet to the apparatus for the preliminary gas saturation, in the pipeline for the supply of the reagent, there is a regulator of the reagent flow rate. The outer surface electric heater with a temperature sensor built-in the nozzle wall is mounted on the pipeline for supplying gas-reagent mixture immediately upstream of the inlet to the nozzle. The control unit is provided with a block of automatics, and flowing segment of the nozzle is profiled as the Laval nozzle.
