FIELD: liquid spraying technique.
SUBSTANCE: method includes liquid crushing, which is performed twice, for primary liquid crushing, the gas flow is fed tangentially into the mixing chamber, accelerated to supersonic speeds by profiling the mixing chamber in the form of a supersonic nozzle, in the rarefaction zone in the minimum section of the nozzle, liquid is ejected into the gas flow through the axial cylindrical channel with end holes at the outlet. When flowing into the gas flow, the liquid is crushed primarily, and the secondary crushing occurs in the resulting gas shocks at the outlet of the nozzle. In this case, to control the conditions of concentration and dispersion of drops, the distance between the output of the cylindrical channel and the outlet section of the nozzle is changed. A vortex ejection nozzle for carrying out the method is also disclosed.
EFFECT: formation of a finely dispersed structure of a gas-drop two-phase flow and the possibility of regulating the parameters of the flow at the outlet.
