FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, particularly to processing honey. Process line consists of first two-wall vessel with water jacket, a cover, in base of cone bottom a valve for connection with homogenising pump. Pump via pipeline is connected to a tee, one output of which is connected to first valve direction, which connects pipeline with upper part of first vessel, and other output of tee is connected to second valve direction, which connects pipeline with upper part of second two-wall vessel. Second vessel also has a water jacket, cover and valve in base of cone bottom, which is connected with metering module. First and second direction valves operate alternately depending on required direction of flow of product. On outer side of each cover is mounted engine, which through reducer rotates vertical shaft with blades located in working position inside containers. Line comprises a control unit.

EFFECT: use of invention will improves quality of resulting product.
