FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: basic plate contains favourable for skin adhesive substance with first through hole for stoma acceptance. Hole is surrounded by first adhesive zone, projects from and is surrounded by second adhesive zone. First adhesive zone projects for, at least, 7 mm from second adhesive zone. Resistance to axial compression in the process of movement of first adhesive zone towards second adhesive zone in axial direction along central axis of through hole is higher than 10 H at 3 mm compression. Resistance to basic plate bending on horizontally passing axis of bend, perpendicular to central axis of first through hole, is lower than 2.25 H with 20 mm bend. Invention also discloses convex support device for basic plate and stoma construction.
EFFECT: required pressure on peristomal section, which provides higher freedom of movements and mobility for user, reliable insulation of user's skin, which results in reduction of leak degree from under basic plate.
