SUBSTANCE: device includes the first plate with the first surface and the second surface; the second plate with the third surface and the fourth surface, part of the third surface and part of the second surface of the first plate are soldered or glued to at least one ribbon-like region, thereby forming the first chamber, which contains at least the first drainage hole, and the interior of the chamber can communicate with the outside through the first drainage hole; adhesive layer, which is located on the fourth surface of the second plate; and a separating layer that covers at least a part of the adhesive layer, wherein the first drainage hole is formed on the first plate or in the open part, where the first plate and the part, near the edge of the second plate, are not soldered or glued to each other.
