FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for sealing oil and gas wells during their construction, development, exploration and repair to ensure industrial safety, prevention and elimination of showings of gas, oil and water, protection of mineral resources and environment. Preventer includes a housing with axial channel installed in horizontal cavities of ram body, hydraulic and manual drives for rams, units of kinematic connection manual drives with hydraulic drives and visual indicators for determining position of rams. Housing is made with side openings closed by covers. Hydraulic actuators include hydraulic cylinders with covers, pistons and rods. Manual drives comprise locking screws and wheels with hubs. Each locking screw is installed in bore of piston and rod. In cavity of locking screw is installed hollow step-type shaft with possibility of rotation. Outer stage of shaft interacts with threaded bushing of indicator for visual determination of position of rams and is connected with steering wheel hub hole without possibility of rotation. Unit for kinematic coupling is installed in cavity of shaft and comprises a wedge, a lead screw and retainers. In bore of rear part of lead screw is mounted an extensible turning handle on an axle.
EFFECT: broader functional capabilities, higher reliability, safety and ease of use, as well as reduction of labour intensity of maintenance.
