FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for sealing the wellheads of oil and gas wells in the process of lowering and lifting long-length extreme-line (coiled tubing) pipes during construction, development, research and repair of wells. The proposed preventer contains a case made of alloyed steel with upper and lower flanges, a through axial channel for the passage of pipes lowered into the well, through side channels located perpendicular to the axial channel, channels for supplying hydraulic fluid to the drives, four die gates consisting of two oppositely arranged dies, deaf dies, cutting dies, retaining dies, pipe dies, two bypass valves, eight hydraulic drives with protective covers, die position indicators and membranes to prevent hydraulic fluid spillage. At the same time, a removable cover with seals is installed on the outer side of the preventer case in the area between the hydraulic drives, forming a sealed heating chamber, while the removable cover is equipped with connecting pipes for supplying and removing the heat carrier under pressure.
EFFECT: increased reliability of the preventer in low temperature conditions.
