FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to an interface between pneumatic mail system and system of feeding containers with biological product to automated laboratory system. Claimed device (1) of interface between pneumatic mail system (2) and automated laboratory system (4) comprises device (11) for transferring containers (3) with biological products coming from pneumatic mail system (2) in capsules (5), containing internal chamber (7), whereupon said transferring device (11) comprises a surface (14) for said containers (5) and storage device (18a, 18b), while said interface device (1) comprises said capsules (5) arriving from said system (2) of pneumatic mail, wherein each of said capsules (5) comprises an upper flange (9a) and lower flange (9b), detachably mounted on said capsule (5) and capable of passing into inner chamber (7) of said capsule (5) from closed position, suitable for holding in sealing manner of said containers (3) with biological product within inner chamber (7) of capsule (5) in an open position suitable for opening said inner chamber (7) of capsule (5), whereby vertical movement of piston (12) of said device (11) for transmitting to engage said lower flange (9b) and moving said lower flange (9b) in lower position of said piston (12), wherein transfer device (13, 130) of said device (11) for transmission is suitable for transferring said containers (3) with biological product to cavity selected from the at least two cavities (16a, 16b) of said surface (14) in accordance with information provided by an information system of said automated laboratory system (4), and each of at least two said cavities (16a, 16b) of said surface (14) is connected with one respective of at least two said storage devices (18a, 18b), suitable to feed said containers (3) with biological product to said automated laboratory system (4).
EFFECT: technical result is to obtain device which allows to insert a larger number of containers with biological product in each capsule, ensuring excellent sealing of containers themselves within the capsule, and to accelerate the loading of such containers in an automated laboratory system, so that despite the large amount of containers capsule had lesser weight and thus move faster through the pipes of pneumatic mail system, as well as providing a separate manipulation of biological product samples, which should be treated promptly with respect to conventional samples and in getting possibility to ignore orientation of capsule coming out of pneumatic mail and thus, biological containers contained therein, whereupon orientation with which said containers are made available to the system for their loading in an automated laboratory system is unimportant.
