FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: automated module (1) for manual introduction and extraction of biological samples, which must be urgently processed by the research module (6) for laboratory diagnosis of the automated system, contains two main tracks, two U-shaped rotary modules (4) and two secondary tracks for transfer devices (5) movement, each of which contains a test tube (10) for the said biological samples. The first secondary track (3) is provided with a point (100) for the said test tubes (10) insertion into the said transfer devices (5) and a point (200) for the said tubes extraction from the said transfer devices (5). At that, the extraction point (200) and the insertion point (100) are located next to each other along the same first secondary track (3), and the extraction point (200) is located in front of the insertion point (100), and the point of return from the first secondary track (3) to the first main track (2) is lcated after the insertion point (100). Moreover, the said sequence is arranged to cause the transfer device (5) to move from the extraction point (200) to the insertion point (100). At that, the said second secondary track (31) is directly connected to the said research module (6) and is suitable to serve as a priority study track for the said transfer devices (5). In addition, at the insertion point (100) for the said test tubes (10) the first stopping point (7a), the first antenna (8a) for the said transfer devices (5) detection, the first sensor (9a) for the said test tubes (10) detection and a rotating device (11) for the said transfer devices (5) for detection of a bar code printed on labels (12) glued on the said test tubes (10) by means of a bar code reading means (13) are located. At that, the second stopping point (7b), the second antenna (8b) for the said transfer devices (5) detection, and the second sensor (9b) for the said test tubes (10) detection are located at the extraction point (200) for the said test tubes (10).
EFFECT: development of an automation module that provides fast and timely extraction of a sample, and provides its quick transfer to a new research module.
