FIELD: biological danger detection systems.

SUBSTANCE: automatic system and device can be used for detection of those biologically active agents as Siberian plague, in sending. Completely automated system for detection of biologically dangerous agents has device for identification of biological agent, collecting unit for taking aerosol sample of particles of spayed biological agent onto site of inspection and device for concentrating aerosols. Device for concentrating aerosols is intended for getting liquid sample from aerosol sample. Automated system has automatic jet unit fro storing and transporting portion of liquid sample into cartridge-type container, automatic mechanic system for shifting container from area of accumulation to point of filling of liquid of jet device and then to device for identification of biological agent. Device for identification of biological agent has biological agent identifier on base of polymer chain reaction. System has control device to provide general automatic control, for controlling device at specified part of inspection and for sending results of testing to preset point, which testing is performed by device for identification of biological agent. Invention provides method of detection of biological agent point source. System for detection of biological agent has high sensitivity when applying polymer chain reaction, which method is capable of detecting of at least 200 spores for one milliliter of sample to prevent missing of mortal danger, in particular, of Siberian plague in devices, which transport and treat sending.
