Calculating gradient of vascular resistance (VRG) by formula. With VRG value in muscular outflow component ≥50 % then normal endothelial function is diagnosed. With VRG value <50 % then endothelial dysfunction is diagnosed.

EFFECT: method enables early pathology detection of endothelial dysfunction, based on clear diagnostic criteria.
