FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to cardiology, and can be used for assessing vasomotor endothelial function. Sphygmography of a. ulnaris is computed. Arterial cycle is divided into 2 periods. Each period is divided into 8 phases. Analysis of vasomotor endothelial function is carried out in 3 phases of arterial cycle: phase muscular outflow component, occlusion proximal outflow artery I and II. Vascular gradient reactivity (GDS) is calculated. If GDS in muscular outflow component ≤-29%, normal vasomotor function of endothelium is diagnosed. If GDS>-29% endothelial dysfunction is diagnosed. In proximal artery occlusive I if GDS≤-31% - diagnose normal vasomotor function of endothelium. If GDS>-31% endothelial dysfunction is diagnosed. In proximal artery occlusive II if GDS≤-32% - diagnose normal vasomotor function of endothelium. If GDS>-32% of endothelial dysfunction is diagnosed.
EFFECT: method enables accessible and precise evaluation of vasomotor endothelial function by performing computer sphygmography a.ulnaris, development of clear diagnostic criteria for endothelial dysfunction.
