SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production method for preserved concentrates of first course dinner dishes. Method comprises preparation of recipe ingredients. Prepared pork and garlic is chopped. Fresh ornamental cabbage is chopped and frozen. Green onions are cut. Listed components are mixed with soya bean paste, soya sauce, vegetable oil, salt and ginger to produce mince. Wheat flour and drinking water are mixed to produce dough. Method includes resting, handling and rolling. Mince is moulded in dough to produce pelmeni. Pelmeni and meat broth are packed, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: method enables to produce new canned food using nonconventional vegetable raw materials.
