FIELD: production of canned goods from Chinese ravioli and broth.
SUBSTANCE: canned goods are prepared by blending of wheat flour with drinking water to produce dough followed by proof, handling and rolling thereof, chopping of pork and garlic, fresh white cabbage shredding and freezing. Abovementioned components are blended in oxygen-free atmosphere with soy paste, soy sauce, vegetable oil, table salt and ginger to produce mince. Ravioli are formed from mince and dough, pre-packed with meat broth, sealed and sterilized.
EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
