FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to auxiliary equipment in vehicles. Reusable moisture absorbing mat contains water permeable layer made from polymer fibres of nonwoven hydrophilic needled felt, above which there is antistatic polymer grid, water-absorbing layer made of non-woven material, and water-proof layer, retaining moisture in top layers, under which there is water permeable layer. Water absorbing layer is made in form of multilayer diaper containing hydrophilic antiseptic layer, absorbent layer fitted with super absorbent. Absorbent layer has notch, which serves as guide channels for fluid. On all sides of multilayer diaper there are beads, and all layers of diaper are fixed to each other by stitching in single whole, thus forming solid mass. Waterproof layer is made from polyethylene or polypropylene film, and located under it water permeable layer is made from polyester non-woven absorbent material.
EFFECT: higher comfort of vehicle operation, as well as prevention of corrosion of vehicle bottom in cabin area, retention of moisture and oil products.
