SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sanitary-hygienic means, which relate to the design of diaper-type absorbent products. The effect is achieved due to the fact that in the method for manufacturing a hygienic diaper, characterized by joining together layers of a moisture-permeable material, a moisture-retaining material and a moisture-impervious material, according to the invention, the connection of the layers is carried out in two stages, in the first of which, on a cut of the moisture-permeable material from microfleece, apply the same size piece of absorbent and retaining microfiber material and sew them together for at least along the perimeter, at the second stage, on the said transmissive, absorbent, and moisture-retaining materials joined together, a cut of a moisture-proof and vapor-permeable material made of laminated polyester is laid equal in size to them, the layers are leveled and connected along the perimeter with an overlay seam with a piping.
EFFECT: reducing the labor intensity of diaper production, reducing labor costs for overspending material in its manufacture, increasing the reliability of the finished product, as well as increasing the useful one-time use of the diaper.
