FIELD: radio engineering; rescue operations.
SUBSTANCE: novel in method of searching affected under rubble, is provision of whole personnel with mine beacons, and establishing of search group, which is equipped with radio beacons activation devices and search devices. Activation device drives variable-frequency magnetic field with one frequency and set power during certain short period of time. This variable magnetic field is caught using coil with ferromagnetic core of mine personnel beacon and in case of exceeding by received and amplified signal of certain threshold level low-frequency magnetic field is excited by same coil with ferromagnetic core with another frequency during certain long period of time. During said long time interval searching for radio beacons is carried out. If all search actions for said long period of time cannot be completed, then low-frequency alternating magnetic field is excited again at short period of time with first frequency and specified power and search measures are taken again. This is continued until all search operations are completed in full.
EFFECT: method of beacon and search equipment operating when searching for injured people under rubble, can be used to locate personnel under rubble in mines.
