FIELD: transportation, processing and recycling of wastes.
SUBSTANCE: in method material, such as wastes, is introduced from inlet port to input, processed by a shape-generating device mounted with its connection with provision of input place, and is moved further forward. Shape-generating device is rotary and is capable of rotation of processing means, having a hole located eccentrically relative to rotation axis, and also contains at least one fixed treatment device. Material to be processed is displaced in rotary device and/or through it at least partially by gravity, and/or suction, and/or pressure drop. Proposed device comprises at least one input point, shape-generating device installed so that its connection with point of input and material transfer forward transfer pipeline. Shape-generating device is a rotary part of ring-shaped processing means is made with possibility of rotation. Processing means have a hole located eccentrically relative to rotation axis. Part of processing means is immovable. Material to be processed, is adapted to move in rotary device and through it at least partially by gravity, and/or suction, and/or pressure drop. Made with possibility of rotation processor rotary device is made annular, hole of which is located eccentrically relative to rotation axis, and outer periphery has convex or barrel-like shape.
