FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: in compliance with this process, wastes are fed from refuse chute inlet to feed point and compacted by appropriate press and displaced in transfer line. Compacting device is composed of a rotary press. The latter incorporates revolving and stationary ring-shape processing means. Each of the latter has the hole offset relative to axis of rotation. Note here that wastes to be processed are displaced to said press and/or there through at least partially by suction and/or pressure difference in transfer system. Device for process implementation comprises above described press.
EFFECT: higher reliability.
