FIELD: transport; technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: in method, material such as wastes is injected from inlet hole in input point or near injection point and treated by means of forming device installed with provision of its connection to input point or near injection point and moved further forward. Shape-forming device is rotary and containing processing facilities made with possibility of rotation with opening located eccentrically relative to axis of rotation. Rotary device also includes at least one fixed treatment device. Material to be processed is displaced in rotary device and/or through it at least partially under action of gravity force, by means of suction and/or pressure drop. Rotation direction of processing means is changed, based on time and/or load, i.e. output power drive of treatment agent. Proposed device comprises at least one input point, such as waste chute or any other input point, shape-forming device installed with provision of its connection to input point or near it, and means for transporting material forward in transfer pipeline. Shape-forming device is rotary, part of its ring-shaped processing facilities are made with possibility of rotation of processing facilities with opening located eccentrically relative to rotation axis, and other part is fixed processing means. Material to be processed, is adapted to move into rotary device, and processing devices are made as described in method.
