FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of streets and roads cleaning from snow mass and can be used in municipal services, in transport and industrial enterprises and other areas. Forced snow melting unit contains bath (1) with grid in the upper part for reception and melting of snow mass and has hole for melt water drain (8), burner (3), gas cylinders (6) with pressure regulator (5), gas line and igniter. Gas burners (3) with electric igniter are installed under bath bottom (2). Top and bottom flat surfaces of bath bottom (2) are inclined to the right or left downwards relative to its horizontal longitudinal axis of symmetry in vertical plane towards the side wall of bath (1). Between side wall and bath bottom (2) along their length there is a slot and under this bath bottom, below gas burners, there is located melt water chamber (7) with drain hole (8).

EFFECT: simplified design is ensured.
