FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: snow melting plant contains a bath with a grate in the upper part for receiving and melting a snow mass and a meltwater drain hole, burners, gas cylinders with a pressure control valve, a gas pipe and an ignitor. The gas burners with an electric igniter are mounted under the bottom of the bath. The upper and lower flat surfaces of the bath bottom with respect to its horizontal longitudinal axis of symmetry have a slant to the right or left downwards in a vertical plane to the side of the side wall not reaching the bath bottom, to the lower edge of which a lockable hatch is hinged and adjacent to the ends of the front and rear walls of the bath. The hatch can be opened. There is a slotted hole between it and the bottom of the bath along their length. There is a chamber for meltwater with a drain hole under the bottom of the bath below the gas burners.
EFFECT: simplified design.
