SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to neonatology, anesthesiology and resuscitation science. Analysis of central and peripheral hemodynamics condition using ultrasonic methods of research. In first 24 hours of infant's life is calculated fraction shortening of left ventricular systolic and main artery resistance index of target organs: for cerebral front cerebral artery, for gastrointestinal tract in upper mesenterial renal arteries in left and right renal arteries. Development of multiple organ failure is predicted at simultaneous reduction of left ventricular shortening fraction less than 34 % and increasing resistance index at least one element of more than 0.8.

EFFECT: method provides higher reliability and efficiency of prediction of probability of SVL in newborns in critical state by measuring parameters of regional blood flow in kidneys, stomach and brain and central hemodynamics indices.
