FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of aircraft (AC) control. For AC approach on navigation point with given direction of AC movement parameters are measured, preset course and linear distance to contact point of specified remote circle depending on coordinates, true angle of drift, radius and coordinates of centre of circle taken in system of coordinates of navigation point (NP), AC roll control signal is generated with due allowance for mismatch between true and given course. AC course is changed with consideration of generated control signal for roll, at AC turnaround allowed fictitious angle of drift, formed in proportion to mismatch between preset approach direction NP and direction to point of contact of specified remote circle taking into account current linear distance to contact point specified circumference and current aircraft position relative to specified direction approach NP.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of output of AC on NP.
