SUBSTANCE: method involves comparing criteria of coordinative capabilities with standard values of jump heights; calculating jump heights by formula h = gt2/8 (cm)(cm), where g is free fall acceleration; t is jump time; expressing coordinative capabilities criteria by dependence: h(1) < h(2) < h(3) < h(4) > h(5) > h(6); setting jump height standard values within the following limits: 100% < (135-140%) < (150-155%) < (165-170%) > (150-155%) > (125-130%). EFFECT: increased efficiency in determining standard capability criteria to determine readiness for coordinated motive training. 6 tbl
