FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and sports, methods of physical education taking into account the individual characteristics. For the purpose of developing speed and power in Shor boys at a physical training lesson, 'Ski Training' section involves skiing and turns, climbing and descent of the mountain, stemming, ski-ramping, training distance time trial. Speed and power in Shor boys are estimated by techniques: standing long-jump and 60-metre run. The failure to reach standards makes Shor boys performing three exercise sections at the start of a main part of the lesson: power (I), jumping (II) and complex (III) with the pre-set number of repetitions, sets and rest length according to formula. When performing the jumping exercises, absorption to take off junction shall be as short as possible. Section I: on the first week, 90° knee squatting on one leg supported by ski poles; on the second one - shoulder squatting with a partner; on the third one-national exercise 'Chuktep Chugurushkeni' - tonjan run: boys are divided on pairs, one of them sits of the other's back, and one who drives climbs up 8-10 m at inclination 10-12° and both go down by foot and change the places. After the power exercises are terminated, the exercise 'Tayakty Tartyshkany' - pole tag: facing each other with their feed bearing against opposite feet while holding a pole with two hands backside up, the partners try to draw the pole from the partner's hands. Section II: on the first week the exercise 'Cuobakh' - long jumps on two legs; on the second one - the exercise 'Ystynga' - long jumps feet-to-feet; on the third week - the exercise 'Kylyy' - running long jumps on one leg; on the forth one - the exercise 'Kizhi cholynma parzan' - the following repeated: the boys perform jumps feet-to-feet following trainer's traces on a neve-sheathed slope. Section III: on the first week - 90° knee squatting on one leg supported by ski poles, then 'Cuobakh'; on the second one - shoulder squatting with a partner and the exercise 'Ystynga'; on the third week - the exercise 'Chuktep chugurushkeni' and 'Kizhi cholynma parzan'.
EFFECT: method provides developing the 'Ski Training' technique, coordination-motor skills, endurance, leg speed and power, has a favourable effect of socialisation of the Shor boys.
