FIELD: sports orientation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of sports orientation, and in particular to a method for determining a person's predisposition to engage in various sports and further orientation to sports. The method consists in the fact that data is entered through the interface into the software database through the data acquisition and processing unit of the software installed: age, sex, blood pressure value of the tested person, as well as their anthropometric data, and the following testing is performed in stages to determine the state of the functional systems of the tested individual's body by obtaining the vital capacity of the lungs (VC) and rhythmocardiogram parameters, followed by sending the obtained data to the software data processing unit; the psychophysiological characteristics of the tested person are determined by studying the typological properties of the nervous system, the strength of the hands with subsequent sending of the results to the software data processing unit, then morphological and functional characteristics of the tested person's body are determined by obtaining their body mass index (BMI), the proportion of musculoskeletal mass in lean mass (% MSM), phase angle of bioimpedance (PA) with entering those indicators to the data processing unit, sports testing is carried out with entering the test results into the data processing unit, which is configured to receive data, results and indicators obtained in the process of implementing the method, and to aid in determining the indicators of a personal predisposition to specific sports on that basis, as well as with an option of using the data, results and indicators obtained in the process of implementing the method, as indicators for determining the predisposition to sports, the individual's predisposition to specific sports is determined by comparing the values of the indicators obtained during the implementation of the method, the normative values of these indicators related to different types of sports and identifying the matching sports activity in case of satisfying the values of each of the obtained indicators to the standard values characteristic for each of the sports, while the comparison and identification of the sport is carried out by means of the software data acquisition and processing unit.
EFFECT: invention improves accuracy of determining a person's predisposition to engaging in various sports.
