FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for treating bladder dysfunction. Device includes outlet path for discharge of urine and inlet channel for drug delivery into urinary bladder, each of which via pressure sensor is connected to control module, which is connected to position sensor, made in form of accelerometer, and external data bus. Inlet and outlet channels feature structure containing T-shaped tube in vertical portion of which there is drying agent, and horizontal parts are connected with inlet and outlet nozzles. Horizontal part of T-tube of exhaust stage on side of outlet pipe is equipped with normally open electromagnetic roller valve, and its horizontal portion on side of inlet connection pipe is equipped with roller pump. Connection of pressure sensors with inlet and outlet ducts is implemented by means of branch pipe installed in vertical portion of T-shaped tube. Control module has at least two inputs, each of which is connected with pressure sensor, and two outputs, one of which is connected to normally open electromagnetic roller valve exhaust stage, second is to roller pump inlet channel. Inlet and outlet nozzles exhaust stage are made with possibility of connection to urinary catheter and incontinence bag, respectively, inlet and outlet nozzles of inlet channel to drug container and urinary catheter.
EFFECT: invention provides automated cyclic urine excretion and liquid medicinal product administration in bladder cavity under conditions of neurogenic bladder dysfunction.
