FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of suspension with simultaneous milling of solid fraction and can be used, in particular, in production of construction materials, in power engineering. Method consists in that suspension is fed into chamber 1 of rotor disc crusher, then mixture is accelerated. Grinder comprises rotary shaft 5 and coaxially installed on shaft 5 centrifugal discs 4, separated by partition walls 7, extending from chamber walls 1 and covering peripheral part of discs 4, and mixture is accelerated by said discs 4, solid component of suspension is milled both due to collision with surfaces of discs 4 and walls of chamber 1, and due to formation of turbulent autogenous milling zones between discs 4 and walls 7.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of milling solid particles of suspension and degree of homogenisation of suspension.
