FIELD: means of separation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the means for self-grinding and separating various solid materials. Method involves loading the grinding material into the center of the working chamber between two concave aerodynamic wheels, its grinding, separating and discharging the finished material. In this case, in one device, three regions are created for the continuous grinding and separation of the starting material. First region is formed by the dynamic injection impeller, which pumps air flows and raw material, boosts and simultaneously hits the air flows and raw material with each other and with the effort throws them onto the opposite side. Second region of high circumferential velocities is formed in the center of the working chamber, where there is an intense collision, impact, abrasion and activation of the material, which is being crushed, thrown with the force by the dynamic injection impeller. Third region of the air annular shell with the increased pressure is created between the two aerodynamic wheels on their periphery in the adjustable annular gap for the exit of the finished product by means of elements for creating compressed air.
EFFECT: method provides for the reduction in the specific energy consumption.
