FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device for separation of loose materials contains two grinding concave aerodynamic wheels (1). The wheels are mounted coaxially on at least one fixed hollow axle (2) with holes for supplying the starting material (6). The holes for feeding the starting material are connected to the working chamber (7). The wheels are arranged to counter-rotation. The wheels are designed to adjust the gap between themselves to form an autogenous grinding zone between the working surfaces. The wheels are located inside the casing with a hole for the exit of the finished product. An adjustable outlet annular gap is made between the wheels on their periphery. Elements for compressed air (13) create an air ring shell (14) with increased pressure. The outlet annular gap is filled with an air ring shell with increased pressure.
EFFECT: elimination of a separate separation operation, as well as obtaining a finished product with an upper controlled particle size limit due to simultaneous grinding and separation.
