FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in production of soldering pastes. Invention discloses production of solder powder suspension with electrolyte in electrolytic cell bath. Invention presupposes installation in the bath of anode alloy in the form of a circular cylinder, inside of which there is coaxially placed a cathode in the form of a pack of electrically insulated needles with their points in the direction of the anode. Obtained powder suspension is mixed with a thickener. Use is made of electrolyte in the form of a solution in organic flux of solder metal organic acid salts in the form of tin- and lead stearate in ethylene glycol. Used as a thickener is a saturated solution of colophony in ethylene glycol. Method allows to exclude at all stages of paste production the solder powder contact with air.
EFFECT: obtained in the electrolysis cell suspension of a lightly oxidized powder with high dispersion ensures production of solder paste with high flowability.
