FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to ultrasonic angiology, and can be used for diagnosis of thromboemboli of small branches of pulmonary arteries. Doppler control volume is set higher than a proximal boundary of thrombus one centimetre along whole width of lumen of vein. Ultrasonic pulse-wave Doppler sonography of venous blood circulation is carried out for two minutes. Registration in dopplerographic spectrogram unidirectional with venous blood flow, short duration exceeding signal amplitude venous blood circulation microthromboembolic signals to be regarded as detection thromboemboli migration along vein.
EFFECT: method provides more accurate diagnosis and timely detection of microemboli migration in venous blood flow.
