FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to traumatology and orthopaedics and can be used for treating fractures of front and rear columns of cotyloid cavity with and without displacement, which can be eliminated by closed thrust along axis of extremity and by greater trochanter. In area of pubic ligament on boundary between middle and lower third of pubic ligament, skin is punctured with spoke. Pin is moved controlled by electronic optical converter through horizontal branch of pubic bone in front column of cotyloid cavity, brought out through chute wing of ilium in gluteus area and brought out from inside through puncture. Along spoke channel is drilled with cannulated drill and cannulated screw with partial thread is inserted so that thread go beyond fracture line. When front string fracture line is in distal sector in 45 degrees, determined according to Matt method, introduction of screw is carried out through horizontal branch of pubic bone. That is followed by rear column fracture osteosynthesis. Entry point is located in area of ischial tuberosity. Spoke is advanced under x-ray control along rear column of cotyloid cavity. Then in same sequence screw is inserted along rear column of cotyloid cavity.
EFFECT: method allows reducing risk of suppurative infectious complications, early avascular ankle necrosis, providing osteosynthesis in patients with severe common state.
