FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Compression fixation ring with dynamic compression for the surgical management of complex shifted acetabular fractures has the shape of an open hemisphere and contour corresponding to contour of cartilaginous surface of cotyloid cavity comprises two ends, on which has one hole and two grooves, inner and outer surfaces, an upper inlet opening and a lower opening, holes along the whole length of the wall surface of the ring for insertion of fixing screws into the wall of the cotyloid cavity. Holes are arranged relative to recesses of the wall edge of the ring of the upper inlet in staggered order and recesses along the edge of the wall along the whole perimeter of the ring for introduction of fixing screws through them into the wall of the cotyloid cavity and its columns. Ring has a crest located parallel and along the perimeter of the lower hole of the ring, which is located above the inner surface of the ring, and has a crest located parallel and along perimeter of upper inlet hole of ring, which is located above inner surface of ring. Ring has flanges with holes arranged horizontally along the edge of the wall of the ring of the inlet hole horizontally or along the ends of the ring ends, or vertically at the ends of the ring ends. Holes of flanges have threads for threaded stud screwing in. Thread in each flange has a reverse direction, which ensures: when the stud is twisting, the ends of the ring will approach each other, and with the reverse rotation of the pin, the ends of the ring will diverge. Holes for introducing fixing screws into the wall of the acetabulum are made with conical or cylindrical recesses around the holes and with radial cuts, wherein location of one of such holes on one end of ring corresponds projection, after installation of ring into cotyloid cavity, point of connection of horizontal branch of pubic bone and cotyloid cavity, and location of the other of such holes on the other end of the ring corresponds projectively, after installing the ring into the cotyloid cavity, the junction of ischial bone and the cotyloid cavity.
EFFECT: invention provides reduction and fixation of cotyloid fragments directly on the side of the cavity itself, which does not involve one of the most unpleasant moments in reposition - detachment of soft tissues from central and intermediate fragments and thereby prevents disturbed blood supply.
