FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions can be used for access to rear edge and upper parts of rear column of cotyloid cavity. Method includes determining on X-ray images location of fragments relative to line-reference point, connecting apex of greater trochanter and distal portion of sacroiliac joint. When fragment at level and above this line incision is performed immediately at line which coincides with upper edge of piriform muscle fascia is opened along muscular fibres large gluteus corresponding extremity with elbow joint bent rotated outside, palpated projecting part of fragment, blunt dissolved above fibre large gluteus to gluteus medius muscle or its lower edge, is brought upwards average gluteus muscle with underlying low muscle and downward-short external rotators. When determining location of fragments on X-ray image 2-2.5 cm below line-mark incision is performed, respectively, along a lower edge of piriform muscle, average and small buttock muscles, as well as a pear-shaped brought upwards, twin and inner obturative - downwards. Inspection and osteosynthesis are performed.

EFFECT: group of inventions enables to reduce injuries, improves vision.
