FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: to avoid formation of dense oxides during normalisation process and improving quality of strip is produced sheet normalized silicon steel by hot rolling and normalisation. At stage of normalisation furnace is used for normalizing, which along direction of strip motion series includes: section of preliminary heating, section of scale-free heating, output window of furnace, section of furnace for further processing and normalizing, and sealed outlet chamber. Pressure in furnace for normalisation is distributed as follows: section furnace downstream along direction of strip steel, adjacent to outlet of furnace has highest pressure in furnace, pressure in furnace gradually decreases from the section of furnace with highest pressure in furnace to section of furnace in direction to input to furnace for normalization, and pressure in furnace gradually decreases from section of furnace with highest pressure in furnace to section of furnace in direction to output from furnace for normalisation.
EFFECT: avoiding formation of dense oxides during normalisation process and higher quality of strip.
