FIELD: pumps and motors.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to estimation of characteristics of pump operation, particularly to systems and methods using measurement sensors for determining characteristics of pump operation in hydrocracking reactor. In particular, use of expected and actual values of engine torque pump for determination of apparent density of fluid displaced pump, use of latter for detecting deviations in operation and generating warning message.
EFFECT: inventions are aimed at timely detection of deterioration of characteristics of pump operation for preventing repair of entire reactor.
