FIELD: computer engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns increasing the accuracy of predicting changes in the layered activity of catalysts to reduce energy consumption. It is achieved due to the fact that the prediction of changes in the layer-by-layer activity of the catalyst in the diesel fuel hydrotreatment unit (HT DF) is based on determining the rate of change of the linear approximation of the temperature drop in the catalyst layer in the reactor of the HT DF unit, determined using the temperature drop model in the catalyst bed. At the same time, the model is a polynomial regression model of arbitrary order with adjacent terms, the regressors of which are the parameters of the technological process, including: the boiling point R3 of 95% of the raw material at the inlet to the HT DF unit, the density R4 of the raw material at the inlet to the HT DF unit, the flow rate R5 of raw material to the HT DF unit, R6 consumption of make-up HBG for the HT DF unit, R13 content of sulphur in hydrotreated DF, R14 content of sulphur in feedstock, pressure difference between the reactor inlet and outlet, temperature difference between the reactor inlet and outlet, integral load Fsum.
EFFECT: increasing the accuracy of predicting changes in the layered activity of catalysts to reduce energy consumption.
