Device comprises a dielectric lens having a flat surface, primary radiators and transmission line and switching circuit for supplying electric power to at least one primary radiator, with primary radiators and a transmission line formed on high-frequency dielectric board installed on a flat surface of lens, and switching circuit electrically connected to primary transmission lines and radiators mounted on a high-frequency dielectric board.
EFFECT: high radiation efficiency and reduced signal losses.
