FIELD: wireless communication equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication systems operating in duplex mode of receiving and transmitting data and, in particular, to devices of radio communication systems of millimeter wave band with high data rate. Invention can be used in radio relay communication systems of "point-to-point" type, providing combined polarization-frequency duplexing of reception and transmission with lower level of insertion loss and greater level of isolation between receiver and transmitter. Wireless communication device comprises dual polarization antenna and respective first and second ports adapted to transmit signal on first polarization and to receive signal on second polarization. Two polarizations are substantially orthogonal to one another. First filter of wireless communication device is designed to pass signal in first frequency band and to suppress signals at all other frequencies, second filter is designed to pass signal in second frequency band and to suppress signals at all other frequencies, two frequency bands do not intersect and first and second filters are made in surface waveguide structures in dielectric boards as set of coupled resonators, formed by means of vias. Radio frequency blocks of receiver and device transmitter are designed to process received and transmitted signals to or from digital modem, respectively. First filter is connected to radio frequency transmitter unit and first port of double polarized antenna and passes transmitted signal from radio frequency transmitter unit to this antenna. Second filter is connected to radio frequency unit of receiver and second port of double polarized antenna and passes received signal from this antenna to radio frequency unit of receiver.
EFFECT: usage of invention makes it possible to create necessary level of isolation between receiver and transmitter with lower level of insertion loss.
