FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to orthopedic and surgical dentistry, and is intended for use in temporary dental prosthesis of a patient for osteointegration of two-stage dental implants. Optical impressions of dentures are obtained in a patient with end defects of dentures. Obtained impressions are transferred into digital models and fixed in virtual articulator. On the obtained digital model with a distal unlimited defect, a detachable denture of small length is modeled, having a basis, artificial teeth and a system of clasps, so that the base edge of the prosthesis on the lingual side overlaps the internal oblique line, and in places of dental implants planned for installation on digital model between prosthetic base there was gap of 2 mm, which is achieved by reduction function of digital model, and the system of clasps is represented by two T-shaped processes from the basis of the prosthesis, connected to the occlusal patch with the possibility of fixation on 2-3 supporting teeth located medial to the denture defect, wherein the monolithic prosthesis is made of polymethylmethacrylate in preoperative period by volumetric printing. Two-stage dental implants are inserted. One mini-dental non-integrating implant with a spherical head is placed as close as possible to the distal boundary of the denture defect. Dental cutter in the projection of the spherical head of the mini dental implant is used to select plastics, and the fixing element of the mini dental implant system is glued to self-hardening plastic. Surplus of self-hardening plastic is removed, the produced prosthesis is polished and polished and fixed in the oral cavity.
EFFECT: method allows to restore aesthetic and chewing functions of dental arch for period of osteointegration of two-stage dental implants due to prosthetic repair of end defects of dental arches by means of precision systems of removable dentures with additional artificial support.
