FIELD: medicine, particularly, intensive therapy. SUBSTANCE: this method prescribes adding sodium hypochlorite solution having concentration of 1200 mg% with 10:1 volume ratio to plasma prepared by method of plasmapheresis, standing whole during 4 to 16 h and measuring exposure time during dynamic monitoring changes in effective concentration of albumin. EFFECT: disclosed method allows reinfusing patient's plasma and reducing demand for donor protein preparations.
