SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgical instruments, particularly to surgical incision and suturing instruments, in particular, for cassettes with clips incision and stapling. A staple cartridge, comprises a plurality of staples; and an implantable staple cartridge body. Each staple has a base and two legs, having tips. Body implantable staple cartridge comprises first and second layers. First layer is formed from first material. Staples are placed in said first layer. Second layer is formed of a second material. Legs of staples extend through said first layer and second layer. First material is configured to be biologically absorbed at a first speed and second material is configured to be biologically absorbed at a second speed. First speed is different from second speed. Tips of legs are placed in one of first layer or second layer.
EFFECT: use of invention makes easier access and manipulation in confined spaces, and provides optimum actuation force.
