A clamp cartridge comprises a set of clamps and a body and the implanted cartridge. The body of the implanted cartridge consists of a compressible material. The set of clamps is mounted in the above compressible material. The body of the implanted cartridge comprises first and second ends. The compressible material has a first thickness at the above first end and a second thickness at the above second end. The first thickness differs from the second thickness.
