SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medical equipment, namely to surgical incision and suturing instruments, particularly staple cartridges used therein and designed for tissue incision and stapling. The staple cartridge comprises a number of staples, a compressible cartridge body and a bearing tray. Each staple has a base and two vertical stalks extending from it. The compressible cartridge body consists of a compressible haemostatic material. The staple base and stalks are arranged inside the compressible haemostatic material of the cartridge body. The bearing tray is detachably connected to the compressible cartridge body. The cartridge with fastening elements comprises a number of bearing retainers, the compressible cartridge body and bearing tray. The compressible cartridge body consists of the compressible haemostatic material. The fastening elements are arranged inside the compressible haemostatic material of the cartridge body. The bearing tray is releasably connected to the compressible cartridge body.
