FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Surgical suturing instrument comprises a handle with a trigger device; a rod and multiple staple cartridges. Cartridges are arranged inside the rod. Jaw is configured to hold the staple cartridge. Multiple staple-promoting elements (180) are located disposed within the jaw with a possibility to remove the suture staples from the cartridge. The trigger device is adapted for engagement with the staple-promoting elements as the trigger device moves from non-activated position to activated position. The actuator is configured to move the staple cartridge steadily into the jaw channel.
