METHOD OF MANUFACTURING ELECTROSTATIC PRECIPITATION ELECTRODE ELEMENT Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC B03C3/45 

FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the technology of making precipitation electrodes elements of electrostatic filters for electric cleaning of gases from dust in various industries. Proposed method comprises rolling steel strip from roll by shaping it in rolls of profile-bending mill, and, upon completion of shaping, cutting off element of preset length from profiled tape. Simultaneously with cutting, hole punching is performed to connect precipitation electrode element with shaking beam. For production of precipitation electrode element there used is automatic cold profiling line equipped with punching-section device installed after rolling profile bending mill, made with possibility of elements cutting in shaped form while making holes for connection of obtained element with shaking beam, as well as device for punching holes intended for fixation of element in plane of precipitation electrode, installed before rolling profile bending mill.

EFFECT: reduced labor costs, higher labor efficiency, higher quality of product.
